As the owner, Managing Director and CEO of DCOH, Shane is a results-driven self-motivator whose goal is simple: to build a better Territory.
For more than 30 years, Shane has steered the team at DCOH. From its origins as a contract and roofing business, DCOH has grown to become a dynamic multi-faceted organisation encompassing development, construction, roofing, hospitality, real estate and property management.
One thing is certain, it is Shane’s dedication to his people, his adaptability to change and his pursuit of excellence that have led DCOH to where it is today. As Shane says, “Our people are our priority. When we look after our people, our people look after our clients.”
Shane understands the importance of building trust. He has developed a reputation for his authenticity and ability to develop strong business relationships. Under Shane’s leadership the DCOH team works closely with clients to help them achieve their goals.
