DCOH earns ‘Great Place to Work’ Certification

We are proud to announce we are officially certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ by the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work® Australia.

This recognition is based on extensive feedback from our team members across our businesses, collected through anonymous surveys and independently analysed against global benchmarks for trust, culture, and employee experience. The results showed that an overwhelming majority of our employees consider DCOH a place where people are supported, respected, and inspired to do meaningful work.

Our Managing Director and CEO, Shane Dignan, said being officially certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ is a reflection of the positive culture the DCOH team lives every day.

“At DCOH, we believe a great workplace is built on trust, communication, and shared purpose,” he said.

“DCOH has built a culture where people genuinely care about their colleagues, clients, and the community.”

With an 86% positivity rate, we exceeded the typical company’s average percentage of 60% by far, and demonstrated a strong ‘trust in leadership’ component.
