DCOH expands into Victoria through the acquisition of Unlimited Commercial Constructions
DCOH has entered the Victorian market through the majority acquisition of Melbourne based Unlimited Commercial Constructions, marking a significant step in our continued national growth.
The Victorian business will transition to the DCOH brand, combining Unlimited Commercial Constructions’ established local presence with our nearly 40 year track record delivering complex projects across government, defence, health, education, commercial, sport and recreation sectors.
Victoria represents one of Australia’s largest and most competitive construction markets.
This acquisition provides DCOH with an immediate operational platform in Victoria, established local leadership and a strong project pipeline.
DCOH’s Chief Operating Officer Lachlan Mitchell says the acquisition reflects clear strategic alignment between the two businesses:

Founded by Directors Jen Burridge and Ben Bugeja in 2023, Unlimited Commercial Constructions has developed a strong client base including local government, tertiary institutions and private developers, complementing their extensive experience in delivering large scale commercial projects.
