Stage 1 included an administration building, preschool with the capacity for up to 88 preschool students, eight primary school classrooms with capacity for more than 200 students, two lower primary school blocks, undercover play, walkways, carpark, kiss and go area, and associated landscaping, play spaces, fencing, shade and services.
Project features
Design development and documentation:
- all necessary statutory approvals

- production of operational management and as-constructed documentation
- graphic representations to convey the project intent to stakeholders
- construction and final occupancy certification
- all engineering and service connections for the site
- hard and soft landscaping required to complete a fit-for purpose facility
Preliminary design of the civil and engineering services for the future stages:
- carry out preliminary designs of all service capacities and connections
- stormwater drainage
- levels
- traffic provisions to allow for seamless construction of all future works
- services and infrastructure for stage 1 to have sufficient capacity and floor area for all future stages (including sub-station capacity, size of services’ rooms, enclosures etc.)
The works under this project included full investigation, design and documentation for engineering and building services.
