DCOH is thrilled to announce their newest community partnership with Solider On Ltd committing to a three-year partnership worth $75,000 total, which will go towards empowering veterans and their families, throughout and beyond service.
DCOH has a long-standing history of being highly supportive of Defence efforts in the Northern Territory including undertaking defence construction projects, and being active in hiring defence family members.
Announcing the partnership at an NT Defence Week breakfast amidst his peers, Shane Dignan, Managing Director & CEO of DCOH said this partnership has been a long time coming.
“We have always been very Defence focussed at DCOH” he said.
“Whether it’s a construction project on base, hiring defence family members, or community efforts, this partnership with Solider On is just another way we can solidify our stance on the importance of Defence efforts in the NT, while helping give back to those who serve or have served.”
“The team at Solider On undertake such important work, the team from DCOH are grateful to have such a meaningful partnership which aligns with our values.”
Paul Singer, CEO of Soldier On, couldn’t agree more.
“We are incredibly proud to partner with DCOH and commend their leadership in supporting those who have served. This partnership reflects a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of veterans and their families” Mr Singer said.
“Partnerships like this are critical to our success – they enable us to deliver holistic, wrap-around support across our four strategic pillars: health and wellbeing, employment, learning and education, and participation and social connection. With DCOH by our side, we can continue to empower veterans and their families to thrive.”
