DCOH Victoria

DCOH Victoria marks the expansion of DCOH’s national footprint. Led by Directors Jen Burridge, Ben Bugeja and Lachlan Michell, the team incorporates local Melbourne expertise and the experience, capability and systems of the broader DCOH Group.

Melbourne locals, Jen and Ben, have a combined 30 years of experience in top tier construction across education, commercial, retail, health, sport and recreation projects.

Their collaboration has resulted in the successful delivery of some of Melbourne’s greatest buildings. With a reputation as a high performing team, they have the ability to lead the delivery of complex design projects and achieve highly sustainable built outcomes.

Jen and Ben have a long standing working relationship, having established Unlimited Commercial Constructions together. Now, as Directors of DCOH Victoria, they continue to apply their extensive construction management experience to deliver projects across Victoria from their new office in South Melbourne.

Frankston Medical Centre

CONSTRUCTION STATUS: Underway

A comprehensive refurbishment and redevelopment of an existing single-storey commercial building, transforming it into a modern, multi-tenancy healthcare facility. Works included selective demolition, structural modifications, construction of new intertenancy walls, warm shell delivery of three medical tenancies, cold shell delivery of a radiology tenancy, façade upgrades, external signage, car parking improvements, fencing, landscaping, and associated civil works. The project also required the complete installation and coordination of building services, ensuring the facility was delivered ready for individual tenant fitouts while maintaining compliance with all current building codes, authority requirements, and healthcare standards. Each tenancy is to be completed as a separate portion, with careful stakeholder coordination to facilitate future tenant fitout works and achieve a seamless operational handover.

Trugo Club Footscray

The Footscray Trugo Club Pavilion Renewal involved the demolition of the existing pavilion and construction of a new, purpose-built community sports facility that preserves the site’s heritage while delivering modern, accessible amenities. The project includes flexible community spaces, gender-neutral change facilities, accessible amenities, a kitchenette, storage areas and upgraded building services, providing a safe, sustainable and functional venue for the Footscray Trugo Club and the wider community. Designed to meet contemporary standards, the redevelopment enhances accessibility, improves user experience and ensures the long-term viability of this unique sporting and community asset.

Yarraville Gardens Changing Places

The Yarraville Changing Places Facility involved the construction of the City of Maribyrnong’s first Changing Places amenity, delivering an inclusive, universally accessible public facility within Yarraville Gardens. The project incorporated a purpose-built Changing Places toilet featuring a height-adjustable adult change table, ceiling-mounted hoist system, accessible toilet, shower and privacy facilities, together with all-gender ambulant amenities and supporting club storage.
