Panquee Boulevard opens in Northcrest

Northcrest is pleased to announce that the newest section of the main road, Panquee Boulevard, is now open.

Planned and developed by DCOH, Northcrest is comprised of living solutions for residential homes and numerous commercial sites that deliver a variety of options in leisure, services, dining and entertainment.

The opening of Panquee Boulevard is monumental for residents as it connects existing homes in stages 2A, 2B, 4A and 4B, directly with the Stuart Highway intersection including the commercial lots.

The newest titled section, Stage 4B, has already sold more than 65% of the available blocks with the land officially titled last week.

Northcrest currently has 250 homes fully built, and has approximately 200 lots expected to be titled this year.

The next areas to be developed are Stages 4C and 5A & 5B with titles for 55 lots in Stage 4C expected in August 2025.
