This $50 million design and construction project was completed on time and under budget using innovative approaches to construction while at the same time incorporating subsequent changes to the NT Planning Scheme to maximise best use for the site.
With expansive harbour views, the esplanade parkland across the road and the bustling activity of Mitchell Street a minute’s walk from the front door, C2 is one of the best addresses in Darwin’s CBD.
C2 incorporates a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments that are efficient, well-appointed and superbly finished with a complementary mix of owner occupier and serviced apartments, available for short and long-term lease.
